1. What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Basalt:

• URL submitted for scanning — the public SaaS URL you enter.
• Email address — when you purchase, provide feedback, or contact us.
• Payment information — processed by DodoPayments. We do not store card numbers.
• Scan results — AgentRank scores and check results stored in our database.
• Generated files — stored temporarily for delivery and download.

We do not collect names, physical addresses, or any data beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To perform the AgentRank scan and generate your files.
• To deliver files via download link and email.
• To communicate with you about your order.
• To improve the Service (aggregated, non-identifiable usage data).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Scan results and generated files are retained for 90 days, then deleted automatically. Email addresses from purchases are retained for order records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• DodoPayments — payment processing. Subject to their privacy policy.
• Supabase — database and storage.
• Vercel — hosting and deployment.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. We use only essential session cookies required for the Service to function.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hellobasalt.sbs@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates. We will note the updated date at the top of this page.
