By using Basalt (“the Service”) at basalt.sbs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Basalt (“we”, “us”).
Basalt is an agent-readiness audit and file generation service for SaaS products. We scan publicly accessible URLs, generate structured context files, and deliver them via download and email. Scans are performed on public pages only. We do not access private, authenticated, or gated content.
Purchases are one-time payments processed via DodoPayments. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If your files fail to generate due to a system error on our end, we will regenerate them at no additional charge.
Generated files are delivered via download link and to the email provided at checkout. Download links are valid for 30 days. If your link expires, email hellobasalt.sbs@gmail.com for a new one. If your product changes significantly, email us with your order ID and we will regenerate at no charge.
You may not use the Service to scan URLs you do not own or have permission to scan. You may not use the Service to generate files for competitors of Basalt. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license generated files without written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service.
Files are generated from your publicly available product content. We do not guarantee that generated files are complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific use. Generated files are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the content before installation. We are not liable for any consequences of installing or using generated files.
You retain ownership of all content we generate for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your public website content for the purpose of generation. We retain ownership of the Basalt platform, scoring methodology, and all infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basalt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
